Booking requirements & Cancellation Policy

We are so thrilled you are considering Topdeck at Snelling Beach for your Kangaroo Island holiday, and we ask that you please familiarise yourselves with our booking requirements and cancellation policy before booking.

  • A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your dates.

  • Date changes are available subject to availability, if requested 30 days from check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund (if the check-in date is at least 14 days away)

  • A 50 percent refund will be issued for cancellations made at least seven days from check-in

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations within seven days of check-in

  • No refund will be issued for non-arrival, unused nights or early departures

  • No refund will be issued in circumstances outside of the control of Topdeck at Snelling Beach, including flight or ferry delays/cancellations, guest illness or medical emergencies. We recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
